  Extremely unprofessional. On April 29th 2017, while my wife and I were at work, Kathy entered my home to show her clients without any consent whatsoever. When I called and approached her on it, she wrote it off as a mistake and didn't come across like she thought it was a big deal. She even seemed to have an attitude with me like she didn't know why I would be so upset. At no time did I receive a proper apology from Kathy. She basically broke into my home and my wife and I feel embarrassed and violated. Not expecting anyone to enter our home, it was not ready for a showing. Not only that, but the door was unlocked and lights were left on when I got back home leaving our home unsecured. I understand mistakes happen, but Kathy handled this situation very poorly by not showing any remorse for her actions. When you work with Realtors, you put that trust out there that someone is going to take care and attention with your home and not abuse the homeowners trust. Kathy had every opportunity to try and apologize and make it right, but like I said, she didn’t seem to care or think it was a big issue.
